Manoj Nagpal has been appointed as Vice President, Adobe Customer Solutions at Adobe. In this role, he will be responsible for driving customer solutions strategy, strengthening delivery capabilities, and enhancing customer experience across Adobe’s global operations.
His appointment comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly prioritizing integrated customer experiences and scalable digital solutions. He joins Adobe after a long tenure at OpenText, where he served as Managing Director, OpenText India and Vice President, Professional Services. During his time there, he led large-scale operations and built strong delivery frameworks across global markets.
Nagpal has also held key roles at GXS and GE, gaining extensive experience in enterprise services, global delivery, and business transformation. With over two decades of leadership experience, he brings a strong blend of strategic vision and executional expertise to his new role at Adobe.
