Evernorth Health Services has appointed Lakshmi Manasa Kasivajjula as Associate Director, Machine Learning, bringing an extensive background spanning analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, healthcare, aviation, and entrepreneurship.
Lakshmi joins Evernorth after more than 17 years across technology and business domains, including a recent chapter building and leading an AI startup focused on applying artificial intelligence to product innovation and healthcare and life sciences.

As Associate Director, Machine Learning, Lakshmi will contribute to Evernorth's work across machine learning, Generative AI, and healthcare innovation.
Her experience spans the development of AI-driven solutions from early concepts through real-world applications, giving her exposure to both the technical and business dimensions of deploying AI.
