Holly Grant Takes on Expanded Role as President, AI Innovation & Strategy and LabX at DXC Technology

DXC Technology has appointed Holly Grant as President of AI Innovation & Strategy and LabX, expanding her leadership across the company's AI strategy, product incubation efforts, and AI partner ecosystem.

In her expanded role, Holly will oversee LabX's AI-native product incubation work alongside the commercial strategy for DXC's AI Platforms Engine, bringing together product development, platform expertise, and delivery capabilities.

Expanding DXC's AI Leadership

Holly will continue leading LabX while taking on broader responsibility for advancing DXC's AI innovation and strategy.

Her remit includes helping build and scale practical AI solutions for customers while strengthening DXC's ecosystem of strategic technology partners. The company's open AI approach spans technologies including AWS, Anthropic's Claude, and Microsoft Copilot, giving customers flexibility across different AI platforms and use cases.

From AI Incubation to Commercial Scale

Since joining DXC, Holly has played a central role in shaping the company's AI strategy and establishing LabX as an AI-native product incubation capability.

Under the expanded remit, LabX will continue developing and validating new AI products while also helping scale DXC's broader AI platform ecosystem. Holly's experience across enterprise strategy and strategic operations positions her to connect innovation with commercial execution and customer outcomes.
