Havas Media Network India has appointed Archana Aggarwal as its Chief Growth Officer, strengthening its leadership team at a time when media networks are increasingly focused on integrated, data-led growth strategies.

In her new role, Archana will lead the growth agenda across Havas Media, PivotRoots, Havas Play, and Arena Media. The mandate includes driving new business, deepening client relationships, and scaling integrated capabilities across the network’s India operations.

She will be based in Gurugram and report to the CEO of Havas Media Network India. The role is designed to align commercial strategy across business units as the company continues to strengthen its positioning in a performance-driven marketing environment.

Archana joins from Airtel, where she served as Vice President Media, leading integrated media strategies focused on consumer behaviour and business outcomes. Her career spans senior roles across P&G, Unilever, L’Oréal, and Coca-Cola, with experience across both agency and client-side ecosystems.

The appointment reflects a broader industry trend where media networks are strengthening growth leadership roles to unify capabilities across media, content, and digital services. As client expectations shift toward measurable outcomes and integrated execution, growth functions are becoming central to how agencies structure their operating models.

For Havas, the move also aligns with its broader strategy of building an integrated ecosystem powered by data and technology-led insights, aimed at improving cross-agency collaboration and accelerating business expansion in India.
