Havas Media Network has appointed Anshul Sethi as Associate Vice President for its India operations, adding to its leadership team focused on integrated media and data-led marketing strategies.
In his new role, Sethi is expected to work across client partnerships and business operations, with an emphasis on combining media planning, digital execution, and analytics-driven decision-making. The mandate aligns with Havas’ broader approach of building integrated “village” models that bring media, creative, and data capabilities closer together.
Sethi joins from Lodestar UM, where he held leadership roles across integrated media planning and client servicing for brands spanning automotive, financial services, and consumer sectors. His experience also includes earlier stints at Mindshare and DDB Mudra Group, where he worked on cross-channel media strategy and campaign execution.
The appointment reflects continued hiring momentum in India’s media and advertising sector, where agencies are strengthening leadership layers to support more complex, multi-platform brand requirements. As brands increase investment in digital and performance-led channels, demand for integrated planning and execution capabilities has grown significantly.
