Ogilvy Italia has appointed Federica Snaidero as Chief Operating Officer, marking a key leadership move aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Federica Snaidero has been with Ogilvy for over six years, most recently serving as Managing Director. During her tenure, she has played a central role in business development and client engagement, contributing to the agency’s growth and strategic direction.

Prior to Ogilvy, she worked at WPP as Chief of Staff, where she was involved in coordinating group clients and leading cross-company strategic initiatives. Her earlier experience includes marketing roles at Swatch Group, along with positions at Snaidero Cucine and Young and Rubicam Group, building a strong foundation in brand marketing and client management.

Her elevation to COO highlights Ogilvy Italia’s continued investment in leadership that combines operational expertise with deep marketing and brand experience.
