In his new role, Mark will lead the development of new business models and services designed to accelerate growth and support the company's digital transformation strategy across the region.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Mark shared that he had joined Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign, to build and lead the New Business Models & Services function across Asia Pacific.
Reflecting on his career, he noted that for nearly 15 years he has focused on helping organizations accelerate growth through data, digital transformation, and workflow automation. While entering the medtech sector represents a new chapter, he described the move as a natural continuation of his work, emphasizing that dentistry is rapidly becoming a digital industry.
Mark also highlighted the opportunity to bring proven practices from technology, entertainment, and retail into healthcare to help reshape business models, services, and operational processes.
