Shamrock AI raises $5 million seed round to build enterprise AI assurance platform

Article content
Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures, to advance its enterprise AI assurance platform.
Founded in 2026 by Dr. Sarat Addanki, Mick Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, the company is developing technology designed to automate testing and validation across complex enterprise transformations.
The funding will support product development, team expansion and go-to-market efforts as Shamrock AI looks to help large organisations improve the reliability of systems undergoing significant change.
Addressing a persistent enterprise transformation challenge
Enterprise transformations can involve years of work across applications, data, business processes and interconnected systems. Yet, even after a migration or implementation is completed, organisations must establish that the transformed environment behaves as expected.
Testing and validation are often resource-intensive, relying on specialist knowledge, manually prepared scenarios and checks across multiple systems.
Shamrock AI is targeting this challenge with what it describes as a business assurance layer for enterprise systems. The platform is designed to generate end-to-end test scenarios, validate outcomes across integrated environments and identify discrepancies before systems go live.
Building context into enterprise testing
At the centre of Shamrock AI's approach is a technology layer that captures business processes, system configurations, data relationships and expected outcomes.
This context helps the platform understand how an enterprise operates and what a successful process should produce. It can then use that understanding to generate and execute tests across connected systems and check whether the results match business expectations.
The company's initial focus is agentic test lifecycle automation for large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Beyond testing individual implementations, Shamrock AI aims to build a deeper representation of enterprise operations that can support additional applications, including data observability and autonomous business process automation.
Early results in a complex operating environment
Shamrock AI says its platform is already being used by multiple Fortune 500 companies, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
In one reported deployment at the AI hardware manufacturer, the company says the weekly planning run has recorded zero defects since going live in July. This is a company-reported outcome and illustrates the type of operational process the platform is designed to validate.
The broader objective is to give enterprise teams greater confidence in the behaviour of transformed systems, particularly where errors can affect interconnected business operations.
Funding product development and market expansion
The $5 million seed round is Shamrock AI's first institutional funding. The company plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, strengthen its team and expand go-to-market activity.
Headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, Shamrock AI also has offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco. It plans to grow its workforce across India and the United States, with 70% to 80% of employees expected to be based in India. The company has also outlined plans to expand its presence in the Middle East.
The funding provides additional resources as the startup develops its enterprise offering and pursues customers with complex transformation and validation requirements.
Endiya Partners and Capria back enterprise assurance
For Endiya Partners, the investment reflects an opportunity to address a critical challenge in enterprise AI adoption: ensuring that systems can be independently validated and trusted in business-critical environments.
Capria Ventures also sees business assurance as an important component of the move towards more autonomous enterprise operations, where AI systems must work within established business rules and handle complex data reliably.
As organisations progress from AI experimentation towards deploying agents in critical workflows, the need to verify system behaviour and business outcomes is likely to become more significant.
Shamrock AI is positioning its platform around that requirement, with a longer-term ambition to extend assurance beyond transformation projects into ongoing enterprise operations.
