Infosys to Transform Crocs’ Global IT and Operations Under 10-Year Strategic Agreement

Article content
Infosys and Crocs, Inc. have entered into a 10-year strategic agreement aimed at accelerating the footwear company's digital transformation, modernizing core IT systems and optimizing global operational capabilities for future growth.
The collaboration will apply Infosys' AI-first platforms across Crocs' enterprise IT and business operations, with the goal of simplifying processes, reducing costs and creating a more scalable digital foundation for the company's global retail footprint.
Building a Future-Ready Digital Backbone
Crocs is investing in its technology infrastructure as consumer expectations and the global retail environment continue to evolve.
Through the agreement, Infosys will work to create scalable solutions across enterprise IT and operations, helping break down operational silos and unify data across the organization.
The transformation is also intended to give Crocs greater access to real-time, insight-driven decision-making while improving agility, responsiveness and customer experience.
Standardizing Global Operations
A central focus of the engagement will be addressing operational complexity across Crocs' global business.
The companies aim to standardize processes, improve efficiency and respond more quickly to changing consumer and market demands. The initiative is also expected to address rising costs and inconsistent processes while creating a stronger foundation for long-term digital resilience.
Tom Britt, Chief Information Officer at Crocs, Inc., said the company was looking for a partner combining domain expertise, innovation and operational excellence. He highlighted Infosys' delivery frameworks and automation capabilities as important to Crocs' plans to optimize operations, reduce costs and scale responsibly.
AI at the Core of the Transformation
Infosys is positioning the engagement around its AI-first approach, with the objective of embedding AI value across Crocs' global operations rather than treating AI as a standalone technology initiative.
Karmesh Vaswani, EVP & Global Head, Consumer, Retail & Logistics at Infosys, described the collaboration as an opportunity to industrialize AI-augmented capabilities and drive performance improvements across Crocs' operations.
The broader objective is to combine modernization, automation and AI with the operational discipline required to support profitable growth at global scale.
Why It Matters for Retail Technology
For global retailers, technology transformation increasingly extends beyond customer-facing digital experiences to the underlying systems that run the business.
Crocs' agreement with Infosys reflects this shift, with enterprise IT modernization, data integration, automation and AI being brought together to create a more connected operating model.
The partnership could enable Crocs to move from fragmented systems and processes toward a more unified technology backbone capable of supporting faster decision-making and continued international expansion.
