LTM to Acquire Randstad’s Technology and Consulting Services Business in Europe and Australia

LTM has issued an offer to acquire the Technology and Consulting Services business of Randstad across France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Australia, marking a major strategic move aimed at strengthening its AI-led transformation and domain-driven solutions portfolio.

The proposed acquisition represents a business with more than USD 500 million (€469 million) in annual revenue and is expected to significantly expand LTM’s presence across key global markets and regulated industries including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Utilities, and BFS.

According to the announcement, the acquisition would enhance LTM’s capabilities in digital engineering, cybersecurity, IoT, and AI transformation services while strengthening its regional delivery presence through centers in Romania and Portugal.

The deal is also part of a broader 360-degree strategic partnership between the two organizations. This includes:

• a five-year IT services partnership focused on AI-enabled transformation for Randstad’s India Global Capability Center,
• and a strategic talent MSP engagement supporting LTM’s expanding global workforce initiatives.

Venu Lambu, CEO and MD of LTM, stated that the proposed agreement aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to build a more diversified and resilient portfolio while strengthening its ability to deliver sovereign-compliant AI and digital transformation services in strategically important markets.

The transaction is proposed to be completed through LTM UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTM, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
