Infoblox has announced its intent to acquire Kentik, a leader in network observability, in a strategic move that expands its DNS and DDI platform while strengthening capabilities for AI-powered networking and security.
The acquisition brings together two complementary technology leaders with a shared vision of helping enterprises build more intelligent, secure, and autonomous network operations.

By integrating Kentik's network observability platform with Infoblox's DNS and DDI solutions, the combined company aims to deliver deeper visibility into enterprise networks while accelerating customers' transition toward agentic operations.
