LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition as the company accelerates its AI-first strategy and international expansion.
Sonal succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who led the company for the past decade, overseeing its successful IPO and several strategic milestones that helped shape LatentView's growth trajectory.
Leading the Next Phase of Global Growth
As Chief Executive Officer, Sonal will focus on accelerating LatentView's global growth strategy while expanding the company's presence across the Americas and Europe. She will also lead the execution of the company's AI-first vision as enterprises increasingly invest in data-driven transformation and artificial intelligence.
Her appointment reflects LatentView's continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it scales its global analytics and AI capabilities.
Bringing More Than Two Decades of Leadership Experience
Sonal brings over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning technology, engineering, business transformation, and market expansion.
Before joining LatentView Analytics, she led Wipro Engineering Edge across the Americas. She is also an alumna of the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) and has held several senior leadership roles within the Tata Group, including Tata Consultancy Services and Tata Technologies, where she served as Chief Operating Officer and President – Sales (Automotive).
Her extensive experience in customer-focused growth and technology leadership positions her to guide LatentView through its next phase of expansion.
Honouring Rajan Sethuraman's Leadership
Alongside the leadership announcement, LatentView expressed its appreciation for Rajan Sethuraman, whose decade-long tenure helped transform the company into a publicly listed global analytics firm.
During his leadership, Rajan guided LatentView through its successful IPO, expanded its global footprint, and led the acquisition of Decision Point, strengthening the company's capabilities in data analytics and business intelligence.
